Vission

To promote research in e-learning and collaborate with other research groups locally and internationally and represent the Sri Lankan Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) in Global.

Mission

As E-learning research group in SLIIT not only within the faculty promote and do researchers with giving opportunities to the researches, collaborating with international research groups and find new e-learning concepts, frameworks and help to improve and apply those teaching practices in Sri Lanka.

The Computing Faculty of Sri Lankan Institute of Information Technology started E-learning research group on 22nd April 2020 to promote research, to improve and apply teaching best practices using research and to collaborate with other local and international institutes. Our passion is for researching about new teaching concepts, frameworks, tools and to improve methodologies used in teaching and make positive difference among academia. Specially, make the society familiar with concepts, tools and frameworks related to e-learning.
